Frank really understands what being a salesperson is all about. He focuses on what the customer wants rather than what's in it for him.

He is always happy to answer any questions and he's really knowledgeable about just about anything to do with cameras, from 8x10 film cameras to the never ending latest and greatest digital cameras.

A lot of the salespeople walk around and think they are more important than the customer. Frank is always ready "to serve" the customer. He also has a great sense of humor and is very patient.
